02 — REQUEST
Send a booking request
Choose a star, explore their packages and availability or request your preferred date. Once your request is accepted, arrange the details together.

Your Star reviews the request. Check the booking status in the app before making final arrangements.

Make it your round
Once your booking is confirmed, agree the course, tee time and meeting point with your Star in chat. You arrange the course booking and green fees for both players.

What is Golf with Stars?
Golf with Stars connects fans with participating athletes, creators, personalities and golf professionals for golf experiences. Browse a Star’s profile, request a booking and, once confirmed, agree the round details together.
What does my payment cover?
Your payment covers the Star’s time only. You arrange the course, tee time and green fees for both players. Any other venue costs should be agreed with the Star before the round.
When is my card charged?
A temporary hold is placed on your card when you authorise payment. Payment is captured only if the Star accepts and the payment completes successfully. If the request is declined or expires before acceptance, the hold is released; your bank determines when the funds become available again.
Is my preferred date guaranteed?
No. A booking request needs the Star’s acceptance and successful payment. After confirmation, use the in-app chat to agree the course, date, tee time and meeting point.
What if plans change?
Use the booking controls in the app and contact support if you need help. Cancellations, weather, no-shows and refund requests are handled under the Booking Cancellation Policy. Do not assume that a chat message alone cancels a booking.
Can I join as a Star?
We would love to hear from athletes, creators, personalities and golf professionals interested in sharing a round with fans. Email support@golfwithstars.com with a short introduction and links to your public profiles.
When can I get the app?
