* Chat and message data: messages exchanged between Users and Stars, including booking-linked chats and paid interactions.
* Payment and payout information: payment status, billing details, transaction records, payout information, payment provider references, and related financial information. Full card details are processed by third-party payment providers and are not stored by Golf with Stars.
* Support and compliance information: support requests, account deletion requests, safety reports, conduct reports, dispute evidence, and related communications.
* Technical and usage information: device information, IP address, browser information, operating system, app version, crash logs, diagnostics, analytics, and platform usage information.
* Verification information: identity, payment, banking, tax, or safety verification information where required for platform safety, payments, payouts, compliance, or fraud prevention.

* display Star profiles and relevant platform content;

Messages may be stored and reviewed where necessary for platform operation, booking support, dispute handling, safety investigations, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of our Terms.
Users and Stars must not use platform messages to send unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit, misleading, fraudulent, spam, or otherwise inappropriate content.

You may request deletion of your account through the app.
Some information may be retained where required or reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, safety, dispute resolution, chargeback handling, platform integrity, or compliance purposes.
